Our Vision

The Future of Food
is Not Local.
It's Regional.

We are building a new kind of food company — one that earns its place in the market before it builds its farm. ClarosFarm is a CPG brand first: establishing distribution, proving demand, and learning the food system from the inside. The farm is where we end up, not where we start.

Every bag of ClarosFarm fruit sold moves us closer to the farm we're building on American soil.

The Strategy

Build the Demand.
Then Build the Farm.

The conventional playbook is to build a farm and then figure out how to sell what it grows. That model fails constantly — capital tied up in land and equipment, with no guaranteed market on the other end. We are doing the opposite.

ClarosFarm is a CPG company first. We are building the brand, earning shelf space, establishing distribution relationships, and proving that customers will pay a premium for fruit that is genuinely better. We are learning the food system from the inside — as a seller — before we become a grower.

Our current fruit comes from a partner greenhouse in Türkiye — a region with mineral-rich soil, ideal growing conditions, and the same AI-powered soilless technology we plan to deploy on American soil. It is our R&D lab and our sourcing partner in one. The standard we hold there — one ingredient, no chemicals, hand-harvested at peak ripeness — is the standard we will hold everywhere.

Once the demand is built and the distribution lines are established, we bring the supply chain home. The farm is not a side project — it is the endgame.

The Problem

The Global Supply Chain
Was Not Built for Quality.

The current food system is optimized for one thing: getting produce from one place to another without it visibly rotting. That means chemical treatments to slow decay, refrigerated shipping across thousands of miles, and fruit that arrives technically "fresh" but nutritionally depleted.

Freeze-drying solves the preservation problem — but it doesn't solve the distance problem. The best freeze-dried fruit still starts with the best fresh fruit. And the best fresh fruit is grown close to where it's processed.

That is why we are building in America. Not to replace our Mediterranean sourcing overnight — but to build toward a future where our fruit never has to cross an ocean to reach your shelf.

The Endgame

Regional Hubs.
Grown in America.
Captured from Within.

Once the distribution lines are established and the demand is proven, we begin the vertical integration. A network of AI-powered hydroponic growing facilities, each positioned within a day's drive of a major US distribution center — feeding directly into the same retail and wholesale channels we already supply.

Not one giant farm in one state. A distributed system that mirrors the regional structure of how food actually moves in America. Each hub uses the same soilless technology we are already running in Türkiye: AI monitoring of 21 real-time parameters, closed-loop water recirculation, zero herbicides, and 95% less pesticide than conventional farming.

The CPG business funds the build. The farm closes the loop. When both halves are running, ClarosFarm controls the full chain — from seed to shelf — and the supply chain fragility that defines the current food system becomes someone else's problem.

CPG & Distribution

We are a food brand first. Building the product, earning shelf space, establishing distribution relationships, and proving the demand. Our fruit comes from a partner greenhouse in Türkiye while we learn the food system from the inside — as a seller.

Phase 2

2025–2026

First American Farm

With distribution established and demand proven, we break ground on our first US hydroponic facility — positioned within a day's drive of the East Coast distribution centers we already supply. The farm feeds directly into channels we already own.

Regional Hub Network

A distributed network of regional growing hubs, each serving a 500-mile radius and feeding into the distribution infrastructure we built in Phase 1. Full vertical integration. We grow what we sell, on American soil, within a day's drive of every major market.

The Crops

What We're Growing.

Strawberries are where we start. Berries are where we go. Each crop is chosen for one reason: it is undersupplied regionally and overpriced nationally.

🍓

Strawberries

Producing Now

Our foundation crop. The strawberry is the most technically demanding berry to grow hydroponically — mastering it first gives us the blueprint for everything that follows.

Growing at scale in Türkiye. First US crop in active development.

🫐

Blackberries

Coming

High demand, chronic regional supply gaps. A natural second crop for our East Coast hub.

Predominantly Pacific Northwest. Undersupplied on the East Coast.

🍇

Raspberries

Coming

Premium price point, year-round demand, and almost no reliable domestic supply outside of peak summer.

Same supply gap. High value, high demand year-round.

🫐

Blueberries

Coming

The most consumed berry in America. The supply chain is dominated by a handful of large growers — regional production is a structural gap we intend to fill.

Year-round demand. No reliable local supply in most US regions.

Why It Matters

Every Purchase
Funds the Farm.

ClarosFarm is not a charity. It is a business model designed so that doing good and doing well are the same thing. The revenue from every bag of freeze-dried fruit is reinvested into building the next generation of farming infrastructure.

We are not asking you to donate to a cause. We are asking you to buy a product that is genuinely better — better for your body, better for the supply chain, and better for the long-term future of how food is grown in America.

The farm we are building is not hypothetical. The R&D is happening now, in Türkiye, at scale. The American build is next. And every bag you buy moves that timeline forward.

🌱

R&D Proven in Türkiye

The technology works. We are growing premium strawberries at scale using AI-monitored soilless systems right now.

🏗️

American Build in Progress

Site selection for our first US facility is underway. East Coast, within a day's drive of major distribution.

📦

Revenue Funds the Build

Every bag sold generates revenue reinvested directly into construction and equipment for the US farm.

🔁

The Loop Closes

Once the US farm is operational, we grow what we sell on American soil — no ocean crossing required.
